SEGA SUPPORT CENTER

Our Support section is changing to take advantage of an all new SEGA SUPPORT CENTER which was recently introduced at SEGA.com. This is a great new addition for our support teams, and will allow us to help in answering user questions far more effectively, all while providing you with up to date information and fixes! What does it mean for you, the player looking to ask a question about billing, or find out information on a tech issue? Read on to get the scoop on how to interact with this new system, and get the answers you require.

SEGA KNOWLEDGEBASE

Getting the answers you need could never be easier! For all Billing, Technical, or General Questions the first thing to do is check the SEGA Knowledge Base. There is no need to log in to SEGA PASS, just use the Knowledgebase options to find answers by category, platform and game, and check for answers, or use the search tool to find answers by keywords. The answers are updated regularly to offer the best support possible, so be sure to check for answers every time you visit the page!

SEGA PASS REGISTRATION

Before you can submit a question, you will have to register your email address with SEGA PASS. This will give you access to exclusive SEGA web content, as well as special offers in the future. It's easy to register, just enter your information and choose a password, and check your email to activate.

SUBMIT A TICKET

If you can't find the answer to your question in the Knowledgebase or have an immediate need to discuss an issue with a game master or support technician, you can use the Submit a Ticket icon to ask your question or report an issue. The Submit a Ticket icon will only be visible if you are logged in with SEGA PASS. Be sure to be as detailed as possible when submitting a question to our support team. Remember to state the problem you are having, steps you've tried to resolve the issue and any other important information that will help us resolve your problem. For PC installation and network issues on any platform submit your ticket to the "General Tech Support" department. For PSU account and billing issues send your ticket to the "PSU Account/Billing Support" department. For game play questions and to report bugs submit your ticket to the "PSU In-Game Support" department (the Game Masters).

Abusive Behavior

Resolving abusive behavior issues is still a high priority, although we will no longer accept submissions without a SEGA PASS registration. If you have problems with a user in game, want to report cheating, or have a complaint for the Game Masters about a non specified situation, please log in to the SUPPORT CENTER with SEGA PASS, click submit a ticket, and choose the "PSU In-Game Support" department. Enter the information about the player you are reporting in the fields provided and make sure to fully identify your own account by including your own partner card id number.
